Colorado will soon become the first state to allow potential bidders to bid on a privately owned home for the Denver Broncos.
The state House passed the measure on Wednesday, which allows prospective biddlers to submit bids for a home for a number of reasons, including if they live in an affluent neighborhood, have significant assets, or are located in a large city.
A majority of state legislators, however, supported the measure.
According to the Denver Post, the bill would give the city of Denver a say in whether a property should be considered for sale.
The proposed home would be situated on the north side of the Colorado River between the downtown Denver area and the airport, with an approximate price tag of $100 million.
The proposed home has not been sold and no date has been set for the listing.
