Real Estate Development Corporation (REDC) has today announced that the POCono family has announced that they will be closing their company and will be selling the property.
The family had owned the property since 2007, but were unable to sell because of a lack of funds.
The POConos will continue to own the property and will continue working on a project to redevelop the property, which has been the focus of interest in the community for a number of years.
The POConicas will continue their work on the property with the help of the community, which will be used for community events and cultural activities.
“The family’s involvement in the Poco community and community projects have been a significant source of support in many ways,” said REDC chief executive officer Paul Naughton.
“Their generosity and support to the community has been an important part of the project, as they are a close knit community, and we look forward to continuing to work with them as the project unfolds.”
The Poco family are the first in their family to own property in the UK, and have lived in the area for almost 40 years.
In 2010, they were granted the historic land in Poco in order to redevelop it into a residential development.
