Sandringham Estate is a new book from the editors of The Real Estate Weekly.
The book is about real estate in America’s biggest city and the way landlords treat tenants, and the problems landlords cause for them and their properties.
The author, Adam Stokes, is a landlord himself and has written a lot of books about the industry, including the book Landlords: The Real Deal.
The title of the book is a reference to an old episode of Friends, in which a group of roommates tries to get a landlord to come into their house, but they have no luck.
The group gets ahold of a copy of the show The Dick Van Dyke Show, in order to listen to the episode.
“This is a great example of what happens when you are the landlord,” Stokes said.
“We hear the stories of the people who live there and the things they have to do, and we get to see what it’s like.
We get to understand why they rent, what it means to them and how they make money.
It’s all very fascinating, but it’s also really depressing.”
Stokes is an urban planner, who also worked on the New York City Council.
He says that landlords are generally not interested in talking about the real estate problems that landlords cause, because they know they are the biggest problem they face.
The real estate industry is the largest employer in the country, and many landlords are so powerful that they have a lot to gain from talking about problems.
They will do anything to avoid being sued, even if they have committed a crime.
They often don’t even give their real estate business address, and they have the ability to go after the tenant who is doing something wrong, even when there is no legal basis to do so.
They are often just able to do whatever they want to do with the property.
Stokes has written about the problem of landlords suing tenants and said that he believes that landlords have a history of trying to get rid of tenants who don’t live in their properties, as well as using the courts to force people to leave their properties in order for them to pay rent.
“Landlords are often very bad landlords,” he said.
He also said that landlords sometimes act as a kind of police force for their properties and use the courts as a sort of check and balance against their tenants.
The Landlords is written in a clear, concise way, and its message is one that is very clear and simple to understand.
“The real estate world has been so under-regulated for so long,” Stakes said.
Stakes was working on his dissertation when he discovered that he was a landlord, and he was fascinated by the real-estate industry.
He started to write about real-life issues in real estate and how landlords make money from real estate.
“I got very interested in it, and I thought, I have to write a book about it, because it’s such a big industry, and it’s so easy to make money out of,” he explained.
He decided to take on the book project because he had never written a book before, and this was a project he had to do.
Stoke said that the first few chapters of the project were about realty issues and landlords.
He has a lot in common with the realtor who is an avid reader and a frequent reader of The New York Times, and Stokes was able to connect with the readers of that newspaper.
Stokers said that it’s important to be open about realtors, and when he did the research for his book, he found that most real estate agents were extremely friendly and helpful, and that he had found that the realtor was actually more concerned about what he said than the actual value of the property that he represents.
“They’ll do everything they can to get their client out of their property,” Stoke explained.
“But if they see someone that they feel is not being fair or that is not taking their property in good faith, they’re going to do anything in their power to try and get the client out.
And they’re just so powerful.”
The book’s main focus is real estate issues in New York and other major cities.
But Stokes also covers issues in smaller, more rural areas.
He said that one of the reasons he is so passionate about this book is that the way real estate companies have treated tenants in the past has made it harder for people to survive in the real world.
“When I was growing up in the 1970s and 1980s, real estate was really scary,” he continued.
“It was a very tough industry to be a tenant in.
But it was a real safe bet.
And it was also an industry that was really not a safe bet in the 21st century.
So it is really important that we all work together to make sure that we are not just focusing on one industry, but
